PRICES
We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, and specifications of goods and delivery charges on our Website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.
The prices on our website are correct at the time of adding to our website, we cannot however be held responsible for errors, or price increases made by our suppliers. We shall endeavour to keep out prices up to date. We shall inform you if an error is found with your order, and give you the choice of accepting the correct price, or cancelling your item/order.
ORDERING
After placing your order you will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the "confirm order" button on the check out page.
In the event of an item either being temporarily unavailable or withdrawn by the manufacturer, the Company will contact the Customer to suggest a suitable alternative with an equal value or delay dispatch until the item
has been obtained. If we are unable to fulfil the above the difference will be refunded to the Customer.
All orders made by you through our Website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and we will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
After submitting an order to us we will send you an order acknowledgment email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgment and is not an acceptance of your order.

Babyabroad-Mallorca is committed to integrity and professionalism in all areas of its services and therefore we take our obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 (the "Act") very seriously. We will use reasonable endeavours to protect your privacy and ensure that Personal Data (as defined in the Act) is used only for the purposes below-
1. Collecting and processing your order;
You agree to provide Personal Data which is in all respects true, accurate and up to date and is not, in any respect, misleading, deceptive or inaccurate or likely to mislead or deceive.
PAYMENTS
Payment must be made in full before any order will be processed. All payments will be made in Pounds Sterling. Your card issuer will convert the payment to your local currency if appropriate.
Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account upon or shortly before dispatch of the goods to you.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
Please note that BabyAbroad-Mallorca.com cannot be held responsible for adverse currency fluctuations. The conversion rate is set at the point of authorisation of your credit/debit card.
DELIVERY
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept delivery. To ease delivery, your contact number will be needed.
Babyabroad-majorca.com accepts no responsibility or cost, if the delivery of any product is delayed as a result of anything outside of its control e.g. Flood, Fire, War, Industrial Action or other Acts Of God.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address and contact details are correct and to comply with our requests.
It is our aim to deliver to your accommadation but if this is not possible then we will arrange a meeting point nearby(within walking distance).Due to the remoteness of some villas the meeting point will be in the nearest resort to where you are situated.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied by the products supplied, contact us upon receipt with the reason why and we shall endeavour to remedy this. 'Upon receipt' shall be deemed to be within 24 hours of taking possession from the carrier, after this time we shall consider the order satisfied.
CANCELLATION
If,in the event you would need to cancel your order the following guidelines apply..
Within 30 days of your arrival date- 100% refund
Within 29 to 15 days before- 50% refund
Within 14 days of your arrival date- no refund will be issued.
If you need to cancel your order we advise that you contact us as soon as possible.
GENERAL
We cannot guarantee that our website will be available 100% of the time, and because of this any loss, financial or otherwise, will not be our responsibility.
Loss or damage caused by our website or e-mail system, through error or virus, shall not be our responsibility, and no compensation shall be offered.
Any person, or persons, who do not agree to these terms and conditions, should refrain from using our website and services immediately.Babyabroad-Majorca .com reserve the right to refuse any order placed if these terms and conditions are not accepted.
We have the right to refuse service, without prejudice or reason.
The services we offer are only available to people over the age of 18 years, except by prior agreement.
We have the right to cancel any order up until the time of shipping, and if this is so, we shall refund any and all monies paid in respect to that order, and offer no compensation in return for any reason.
You can request to cancel your order within 12 hours of your order being made at no cost. After 12 hours, up until the point of dispatch, Babyabroad-Majorca.com may charge for any services that have incurred costs to fulfil your order - this includes payment for any items already purchased by us. This amount will be deducted from the amount we refund to you.

All names, logos and image of products remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in this agreement affects your statutory rights.
At our sole discretion we may change any part of this site. It is your responsibility to check if any alterations have occurred and any further orders placed by you, will constitute your acceptance of these terms.
We make sure the information about the products we sell is always as accurate as possible. However, because products are regularly improved, the product information may occasionally change
